If you have a Pocket PC, simply  download and unzip the .zip archive of the StatCoder.com tool you are interested in, use the StyleTap Application installer and you are ready to.  Some of the tools with multiple databases must have installation of each database confirmed which is somewhat tedious but it does work.  Be sure to download and install the demo software before purchasing any of these coding tools to ensure that the usability of the tools on this platform meets your needs.
